Will you be my Valentine?

It's almost Valentine's Day and I wanted to share a fun card I made for my card class last month.

I did some fun random stamping with the arrows and heart.  I also cut out the typewriter image and popped up the top (the paper coming out of the machine) by adding some foam squares.

For this card I wanted to use the special February campaign stamp "Share the Love".  It's a very cute set being sold for a great cause, Operation Smile.

The "Share the Love" set is priced at $17.95 and $7.00 of that goes to benefit "Operation Smile", Close To My Heart's dedicated charity.  It's a wonderful organization that helps so many children around the world.  If you'd like to know more about it, please check it out HERE.

This set is only available during the month of February, so please let me know if you're interested.

"Share the Love"

While I could have only used this set for my card, I had some people that specifically wanted a "Valentine" card.  I used two other sets that I was already using in this class as well.  I used the "To the Moon" set for the Valentine sentiment and the "Woodland Romance" set for the cute little polka-dot heart.

I also used a small piece of decorative paper from the "Charlotte" paper pack.  It's little arrows worked perfectly with the Share the Love stamp set.  I also used a strip of Black Shimmer Trim to add a little pizazz.  I hope you like it.  Please visit again soon.
